    Book a free consultation
Is the first consultation really free?

Yes. The initial consultation is free, lasts 20 minutes and comes with no obligation. It is time to review your legal needs, answer your questions and outline possible options before you decide what to do next.

How much will my case cost?

Many services have published flat-fee ranges. These are general estimates: the final fee depends on the facts and complexity of your case, and you receive a personalized quote during or after your consultation.

    Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. Payment plans are available to make services more affordable. The terms are agreed with the firm.

When is a case flat-fee and when is it hourly?

Uncontested matters, where everything is already agreed, are usually flat-fee. Contested matters, where issues still need to be negotiated or decided by a court, are billed hourly with a retainer.

Is the court filing fee included in flat fees?

No. Flat fees for uncontested matters include filing your documents, but the court’s filing fee is separate.

    Where is the attorney licensed?

Founder Jacqueline Spence, Esquire is licensed in Florida and Georgia, and is a certified Family Law Mediator and Arbitrator.

Can I get help without full representation?

Yes. Options include completed documents you file yourself, drafting and legal support, or limited representation, customized to what you can afford.
